DELIVERY
Once despatched your order should arrive within 5 working days to UK Mainland. In certain circumstances this may be longer due to busy periods.
All parcels require a signature on delivery
Delivery charges to UK Mainland are £2.95 for orders under £75.00 and £5.00 for orders over £75.00. If an order is out of stock we will inform you by email or telephone, giving you an estimated delivery time or the right to cancel your order.
RETURNS
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you are unhappy with any item bought from Rubylove please return it within 14 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging along with the returns form, which is supplied with your delivered goods. We recommend that you return items by 'Recorded Delivery' and retain a proof of postage. Once we have received the item we will organise a refund or exchange.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty please notify us by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt, then return the item in its original packaging along with the returns form. Please keep proof of postage, once we have received the item we will organise a full refund or exchange.
